Mitch Markson, one of my treasured Edelman colleagues, has also authored a study into the nature of Mutual Social Responsibility. Much of what he says (and the study finds) chimes with the themes within Citizen Renaissance, although I think he and I will continue to have a healthy debate on how far reaching behavioural change among corporates will need to be in the decade ahead.
